Mike McKenzie, age 52 of Kerrville,
TX, passed away Thursday, October 27, 2005 in Kennedy County, TX.
He was born November 26, 1952 in San Francisco, CA to Arvil and
Dorothy (Merkel) McKenzie.
On January 1, 2002, he married Patty Hunt in Kerrville, TX.
Mike was a truck driver and member
of Thousand Hills Cowboy Church in Kerrville, TX.
Survivors include wife, Patty of
Kerrville, TX: parents, Arvil and Dorothy McKenzie of Lamar, OK:
son, Justin McKenzie of Texas: step sons, Brock and Brandon Tinney
of Texas: sisters, Kathryn (Kathy) Fechter and husband Guy of
Holdenville, OK and Brenda Playfield and husband, John of Texas:
nieces, Katrina, Sarah and Laura: nephews, Corey and Thomas and four
great nieces and great nephews.
Services were held Monday October
31, 2005, 11:00 A.M. at Grimes Funeral Chapels, officiated by Rev.
Ron Moore. Interment will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may
be made to Vista Care Hospice, 101 Water St., Suite B-100,
Kerrville, TX 78028.
